Starter

Smoked haddock chowder with a parmesan crouton

Wild partridge on winter leaves and pear puree

Goats cheese & beetroot salad with balsamic glaze (v)

Duck and port pate with cranberry chutney

Main Course

Roast turkey and honey glazed ham

with bacon wrapped chipolata, stuffing & gravy

Venison ‘Rossini’  cooked medium rare, on a pate topped crouton with bacon & red wine sauce

Wild pheasant breast  wrapped in bacon with a rich mulled wine sauce

Grilled seabass fillets with a spicy tomato & herb sauce

Five nut & mushroom roast (v) served with vegetarian gravy

 

All served with roast potatoes, parsnips, a basket of fresh steamed vegetables and new potatoes

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
